He won both the games he pitched and threw 2 complete games. He was successful while pitching for the Phillies and the Cardinals. This is why all of Grover Alexander's baseball cards are worth buying. Pay close attention to the condition of the cards before you buy them. The most expensive Grover Cleveland baseball cards will be the one's that are in the best condition. This is a lot to say considering that most of his cards were produced in the 40's and 50's.
