Value of Pete Rose  Rookie Cards

The price of a Pete Rose  rookie card is determined by a few factors. The condition of the card or cards is vital to its value. The better the condition the more the Pete Rose  rookie card is worth.  Scarcity also a determining factor when figuring out how much a Pete Rose  rookie card is worth. Like condition, scarcity can make a big difference when it comes to pricing.

Pete Rose  Bio- There is no denying that Rose made his mark on MLB but also MLB management.  Throughout his professional baseball career from 1963 to 1986, he accomplished a number of things to include being outfielder in the MLB All-Century Team, playing in the 1999 World Series, being ranked at number 25 by Sporting News as one of the 100 Greatest Baseball Players, having 4,256 career hits, which beat Ty Cobb’s earlier record, and getting the most career total bases by a switch hitter with 5,752.  Rose also set numerous records in the National League such as his 24 consecutive years played, most career runs of 2,165, most career games with five or more hits, his being 10, and much more.  Unfortunately, along with being known for his exceptional playing ability and management skills, Rose was plagued by controversy.  For instance, he received a 30-day suspension after fighting, the longest in MLB history, was accused of betting on his team, the Cincinnati Reds, which he initially denied but later fessed up to, and most seriously, evading taxes, which landed him in prison.  Sadly, his antics also banned him from ever being elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame that had he simply played clean ball, he would certainly have been inducted.  Regardless, spending the money on eBay, other online sites, through memorabilia stores, or from a dealer to own a Pete Rose rookie card is the dream of many fans.
